From hospitality to mortgages to real estate, Joe Wyban has enjoyed a long and fulfilling customer service career. Since becoming an agent in 2013, Joe has been passionate about continuing on this meaningful path because there’s nothing like experiencing his clients’ satisfaction after helping them achieve their real estate goals. Everyone’s dream is different, making Joe’s wide range of clients — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors — an additional joy for him. 

 

Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Joe studied hotel management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he played Division 1 soccer and was a member of Phi Delta Theta. He later moved to Carpinteria, California, honing his skills as a bartender in the city’s top bars and restaurants and learning a form of client prospecting among his many patrons. After transitioning into the mortgage industry for three years, Joe had returned to bartending when he launched his real estate career. He balanced the two jobs simultaneously before jumping full time into buying and selling homes. Joe’s innate sense of hospitality and customer service is apparent in his concierge treatment of others. He approaches his relationships and career with honesty and integrity but also serenity. Being a cancer survivor has significantly shifted Joe’s outlook, and he regards challenges with a heightened sense of composure. In other words, Joe doesn’t sweat the small stuff.

 

When Joe isn’t on the go with his busy career, he remains active with sports, hiking, and traveling. He’s visited over 60 countries and has no plans of slowing down. Joe is a member of the Carpinteria Masonic Lodge, which donates to local schools and the community. He also belongs to Al Malaikah Shriners of Los Angeles, which supports Shriners Children’s hospital.
